State Mandated Property Assessment Inspections

The City of Salem has begun a State mandated real estate inspection process by the City's Assessor's Department. The process requires the inspection of all properties in the City to meet State Department of Revenue recertification requirements. The visits will take place over the next 6 months. All inspectors will have an official City of Salem picture ID badge.
