On Saturday August 14 and Sunday
August 15, 2010, from 10AM-6PM, the Salem Chamber of Commerce will be hosting
the annual "Heritage Days Essex Street Fair". Street
vendors and performers, as well as food locations will be hosted on
the Essex Street Mall, from Hawthorne Boulevard to Washington
Street, rain or shine. Traffic and pedestrian congestion is
expected. Essex Street will be closed to vehicles at Hawthorne
Boulevard. There will be posted parking restrictions on Essex Street
from Hawthorne Boulevard to the pedestrian mall.
