Lt. Andre Ouellette is the Police
Department's representative to the City of Salem Licensing Board. Lt
Ouellette investigates complaints concerning liquor establishment and
any business requiring a license to conduct business in the city.
Lt. Ouellette is also the Licensing
Authority for firearms permits.
Det. Sgt. James Page is the Licensing
Authority for permits to conduct Door-to-Door Soliciting and Canvassing.
